Game publisher Electronic Arts(EA) and developer inXile Entertainment have struck a deal to re-release the original groundbreaking post-apocalyptic RPG, Wasteland, to digital platforms! This is great news for fans of RPGs as well as fans of the amazing Fallout series(myself included)! Wasteland is an RPG set in the future after a global nuclear war. The unique premise and groundbreaking game play of Wasteland went on to inspire several other RPG franchises and eventually sowed the seeds for the creation of well loved Fallout series! It will be great to get a chance to play an instant classic such as this one, as well as to see where the Fallout franchise came from! I can't wait for this to come out! However, considering this is EA(voted Worst Company in America 2 years in a row) that will be publishing the game's re-release, we will just have to wait and see how good the game turns out on new platforms.
